Contstantine "Grandfather" Moya was a human politician on the Outer Colony of Gao. Moya served as one of the first fourteen Presidents of the Gao Republic and was regarded as the "great unifier" on Gao. Moya's legacy was immortalized as a hologram in the People's Collection of Presidential Holographs, located in the Gao Cabinet Chamber in the People's Palace. Moya's hologram features him leaning on a garden hoe, wearing a straw hat and smiling.[1]
