Vitalyevna is a gas giant and a planet in orbit in the Sverdlovsk system. Vitalyevna is orbited by twenty-seven natural satellites, including the Unified Earth Government Outer Colony of Talitsa and the third moon in orbit from the planet.[1] Vitalyevna is orange-brown in color and features an extensive planetary ring system.[2] Throughout Talitsa's history, the moon hosted numerous rebellions against the UEG and Talitsa's government. Following the Human-Covenant War, Talitsa was under the control of the United Rebel Front, with the exception of its capital city.[1]
