Toha 'Sumai was a Sangheili aristocrat and was widely regarded as one of the best swordfighters on Sanghelios. He fathered and aggressively trained his nephew, Usze ‘Taham.[1] 'Sumai's swordfighting skills brought honor to his home-state of Bothaes in Qivros on Sanghelios. By 2555, 'Sumai was deceased.[2]
Due to his position as a Swordsman, he could have chosen to mate with any female Sangheili he chose. In this case, the Elite who gave birth to Usze had already married a wealthy merchant.
