:::Yes, past practice has always been "User takes a screenshot and uploads it; the wiki users will then scrutinise the screenshot". If it's two separate screenshots, so be it. The screenshot must include some form of confirmation that it's from the source (i.e. 343 Industries staff) and that the message was delivered to a user (i.e. owner of the received message).
