This unidentified Sangheili was a Sangheili mercenary responsible for retrieving a bioweapon for the Office of Naval Intelligence in a false flag operation on Ven III.[1]
Biography
During the mission, he kidnapped Spartan Gabrielle Thorne and brought him to the Kig-Yar pirate base. There, he offered the Spartan as a "gift" for the Kig-Yar Pirate Queen. However, before the exchange could be made, Spartan Naiya Ray appeared and the Sangheili fled on a Ghost. Ray grabbed her own Ghost and pursued him, eventually disabling his Ghost and capturing him. Before she could interrogate him, however, ONI operatives arrived and forced her to hand over the Sangheili.[1]
