I don't think they were made by Blur, they look very similar to the cutscenes in Spartan Ops and as far as I can tell, 343i always mentioned Axis Animation when talking about CG cutscenes. I can't find any source other than for the Scanned trailer. And there is no mention of Blur in the Halo 4 credits, there's only Axis. This only "source" I've found so far is the fact that you only added this mention to the [[cutscene]] page some time ago. "Blur Studio was selected by Microsoft to produce the cinematics for Halo Wars, including the trailers released during the game's development, the Scanned trailer, some cutscenes for Halo 4, and the cutscenes for Halo 2 Anniversary."
