I think the boy and girl are kids from around this time. Read it over and that makes sense. We know that Jiralhanae led the military only while Chief was on Earth and the Ark, but the boy and girl weren't on the Ark. Marines wouldn't deny Chief's survival in the Ark either, but would have on Earth. | |||
