- "To protect the future of our clans, please...please join."
- — Roh, pleading the Arbiter Fal 'Chavamee to remain faithful to the Covenant Empire.
Roh was a Covenant Sangheili. He was a clanmate and friend of Arbiter Fal 'Chavamee.[1]
Biography
Roh, insisting on saving the future of their clan, urged Fal 'Chavamee to accept the Covenant as the Sangheili's official authority. He expressed great concern for Fal and was unwilling to lose him to being marked as a heretic by the San 'Shyuum.
When Fal refused to acknowledge the Covenant religion, one of the Hierarchs ordered Haka to kill the Arbiter. Haka accomplished this by forcing Roh to kill Fal's wife, Han. Haka then killed Roh and left both bodies in Fal's home for him to find, prompting him to start a personal war against Haka's forces. This led to the eventual deaths of both Fal and Haka.
