Actually, according to the most recent Knowledge Drop they are...somehow. I think the intention was that the model meshes that made it into the game were meant to be placeholder for more detailed models, which never made it into the game? Which means that the Strident has the canonical appearance of the Spartan Ops ships still. Actually, according to the most recent Knowledge Drop they are...somehow. I think the intention was that the model meshes that made it into the game were meant to be placeholder for more detailed models, which never made it into the game?
