Vice Admiral Kopano N'Singile (service number 25088-67602-KN) was an officer of the UNSC Navy.[1] He was the sub-commander of the Office of Naval Intelligence's Section Two, serving in Reach CENTCOM.[note 1]

During the Fall of Reach in 2552, prior to Operation: RED FLAG, Captain Jacob Keyes sent a message to N'Singile, reporting the status of the refits of the UNSC Pillar of Autumn. He also accused the ONI of interfering with his command with their "Blackout orders" concerning the ongoing battle on Reach, stating that the crew deserved to know the truth about the Covenant invasion.[1]

Notes

  1. ^ The header of the transmission in the "Adjunct" section of the 2010 edition of Halo: The Fall of Reach mentions that N'Singile is the "UNSC Section Two Sub-Commander" in Reach CENTCOM. Given the fact Keyes complained him about the ONI's blackout orders and the fact Section II is the ONI's propaganda branch, it is most likely "UNSC Section Two" refers to ONI.
