The Hardlight blade is a close-quarters combat (CQC) melee weapon used by the Promethean Knights on Requiem. The weapon acts in a similar manner to an Energy Sword in that it can strip away energy shields with one swipe. However, it cannot be used by anyone else other than a Knight, as it disintegrates upon the Promethean Knight's death.
