I transcribed the vid word-for-word as much as I was able, and even managed to cut through accents a little better this time, but I was unable to identify a few of the speakers. I've marked them with the title of Unknown so that others might be able to deal with this, ones better than me at putting a name to a voice. :It's the same guy who says, a few lines earlier, the bit about getting rewarded for "...Your teamwork, your style, your kills..." The one that's a small paragraph about the medals filling up the ordnance meter. I think that he might be a high member of MLG or similar.
