Template:Character Infobox Doctor Hughes was a medical officer at Corbulo Academy of Military Science during the early years of the Human-Covenant War.[1] His duties included monitoring the health of the cadets and injecting them with cytoprethaline before they entered their cryo chambers as part of their training to acclimatize them for routine cryo-sleep.[2][3] He later diagnosed Thomas Lasky's cytoprethaline allergy, making Lasky eligible for a voluntary discharge on medical grounds.[4] Hughes was killed in the Covenant attack on Corbulo Academy.[5]
