The CRS-class light cruiser[1] is a capital warship classification within the Covenant Navy. They have been described as resembling "luminous manta rays",[2] as well as a smaller, weaker version of the battlecruiser.[1] Several such vessels were used over Reach during the Covenant's invasion of the planet.[3] Multiple cruisers under the control of the Covenant remnant also took part in the Requiem campaign.
