Is heroic mode classed as the accturle hardess in the halo universe (cannon mode). User:Kami-Sama

Yes,heroic is the true mode.Strong shield and health.Just the AI is a bit screwed.
The true canon would be somewhere in-between Normal and Heroic. I'd say either one can be canon.
