In the article's infobox it lists the Didact with the KIA symbol next to his name. However, we do not know for sure if the Didact really died in the battle; it wouldn't have been impossible for him to escape, and the post-credits cutscene depicts the Didact giving a monologue regarding the battle and, iirc, announced his intention to return. We just don't know for sure whether or not he actually died, and since we have a lack of evidence, I think it's safe to remove the KIA symbol until further canon confirms or denies this.
