I read the Interactive Guide on Waypoint and noticed that some of the armor systems were tested during the Covenant invasion of Earth. What confuses me is that there weren't Spartan-IV's yet, with the handful of II's and III's being unavailable. Some armor systems were still tested as MJOLNIR systems but apparently without sustainable testees. Who would've have been testing these?
