The Unidentified UNSC missile battery is a surface-to-air missile battery used by the UNSC Army. Two such batteries were used to cripple a Covenant corvette holding station over New Alexandria, thus allowing three civilian transports to escape the city. [1]

Each battery can hold up to six missiles. The battery uses an universal weapons emplacement base similar to the one used by the M71 Anti-Aircraft Gun.
