I agree about the edit spam. However i wrote the paragraphs mostly in one go, and then i kept coming up with tweaks and adjustments. I'll get the hang of it down the line, it's irritating for me as well. Thank you for the feedback

However, I would like to ask that you be mindful of adding citations to help source information, making it easier for editors and readers to know where info comes from. It'd also be great if you could be mindful of the preview button, rather than spamming dozens of edits, as it makes it easier for the site moderation to keep track of things. Thanks.
