Contents[edit]
- Article 2477-6: According to this article of the charter, it is a severe violation to allow the acquisition of a Class 9B asset to go unreported.[1]
- The orders say if anything is found to record and preserve, and that is a violation for it to get destroyed.[2]
Violators[edit]
Romeo and Dutch[edit]
During Operation: FIRESIDE on Ariel on January 8, 2552, Taylor Miles and Kojo Agu encountered the Knowing, a Forerunner ancilla. To avoid the ancilla getting into the hands of the Covenant, the pair asked it to destroy itself despite the violation of the orders, to which the Knowing agreed. The pair agreed never to discuss it following the event leading to no punishment being given.[2]
Cortana[edit]
On September 26, 2557, John-117 was made aware that the activation index from Installation 04 was considered a Class 9B asset and that Cortana's failure to report having taken possession of it could be seen as such a violation.[1]
