*The achievement's name is in reference to the fact that the fastest ways to beat the level's par time is by [[Corner riding]] down the canyon walls at the first bridge or hijacking the [[Type-26 Banshee|Banshee]] at the same bridge (Heroic and Legendary only), thereby bypassing every elevator in the level. Chiefly, it is a direct quote from Cortana in the [[Halo 4]] level [[Requiem (level)|Requiem]].
*On Xbox and Windows platforms the achievement may be called Would It've Killed You To Take The Lift in specific regions. "Lift" is the British English equivalence of the American English "elevator".
