At some point between [[2557]] and [[2558]], Vedrana Makovich participated in [[F-41 Broadsword]] sorties on [[Requiem]]. By December [[2559]], Makovich has run multiple operations with [[Fireteam Windfall]] for years, including Prowler corps maneuvers on a [[Kig-Yar]] purse-moon as well as strikes on [[Jiralhanae]] raiding parties alongside [[Swords of Sanghelios]].{{Ref/Game|Id=dtl|HI|Audio log (Halo Infinite)#Retaliation 2|Spartan Audio log|Detail=Retaliation #06 - Drawing the Line}}

On December 12, 2559, Spartan Vedrana Makovich was onboard a fighter escorting {{UNSCShip|Infinity}} when it was ambushed by [[Banished]] forces upon arrival at [[Installation 07]].
