   1.spirit of fire came back
   2.Cortana becomes an antagonist because she went rampent
   3.John finds kelly (john's love interest? (probably not))
   4.spirit of fire (who dont know that the elites are allies) fire on elites and start the human-elite war
   5.SPARTAN IV's become corrupt
   6.Operation RED FLAG occured/worked (in place of the fall of reach) 

(The Big One)7. Jun (who was not seen with Halsey at CASTLE Base) came back and saved noble 6 from the elites who were about to kill him while also having Halsey cover it up by saying that they died. (It's possible that they could have found a way off the planet via way of UNSC forces or by hijacking a covenant ship if all of this occurred)
