Hey guys! I'm not really sure what to say here, but I served four years as a scout-sniper and pathfinder in the U.S. military, and I hold two black belts, a U.S. national golden gloves championship and plenty of years of combat and special operations experience which I hope will help me with a universe I really like. Originally from Crossmaglen, Co. Armagh in Northern Ireland, but I grew up in Philly Pa.
That's a tough one! I love movies. My all-time favorite would have to be "Raiders of the Lost Arc". Bones and NCIS are really the only shows I watch, but I LOVE hockey (Flyers) baseball (Phillies) and Hurling (Tipperary!) so I'll watch that. Anything but country and rap. Rock, blues, metal, Irish etc... Anything. I love to read. Well, not cheesy romance books or westerns, but anything else I'm game. Well Halo of course, and also Resident Evil. Other than that, not too many. None really. Really? Uh, I love fruit. Also chocolate and anything Italian. Those dudes can cook. Can I get away with saying I need a drink? Haha, it's boring, grading papers.
My personal favorite was watching Sergeant Forge killing the Arbiter in-more or less-a knife fight, relying on skill instead of brute strength. Also, I loved three ODSTs taking out and killing six elites in a stright-up Direct Action fight in Halo: The Flood. I also loved Buck stabbing the Brute Chieftain to death.
The death of Johnson. That sucked. I didn't like losing yet another Keyes either.
In terms of tactics, combat skill, marksmanship and spirit, the humans are vastly superior to the Covenant. Get the fuck over it.
