===Human-Covenant War===
Formed primarily for asset denial operations,{{Ref/Reuse|Enc22p69}} Omega Team is typically deployed with the goal of breaking the enemy's hold long enough in order to reinforce local defenses and buy time for a [[UNSC]] response. During the [[Human-Covenant War]], Omega Team was deployed to several [[Human colonies|colony worlds]] threatened by the [[Covenant]], assisting in emergency evacuation efforts and enacting classified last-stand protocols. The team proved highly proficient at the denial of critical resources, data, and even personnel to the Covenant by any means necessary, which sometimes required the deployment of weapons of mass destruction.{{Ref/Reuse|Enc22p69}} During the early years of the war, Omega Team and Red Team worked closely with each other on several occasions.{{Ref/Reuse|PL}}{{Ref/Reuse|knowscope}}

At some point in [[2527]], Omega Team may have been deployed against [[Insurrectionist]] forces in an operation on [[Hellas]] against insurgent forces employing the use of [[Rumbledrug]]s. When the planet [[Arcadia]] [[Battle for Arcadia|fell under attack]] by the [[Covenant]] on [[2531#February|February 9, 2531]], Team Omega was deployed to an unknown location on the planet; the three members of Red Team ([[Jerome-092|Jerome]], [[Alice-130|Alice]], and [[Douglas-042|Douglas]]) were meanwhile tasked with defending the capital, Arcadia City.{{Ref/Level|HW|Arcadia City}} Team Omega was eventually redirected to the outskirts of Arcadia City to reinforce Red Team and the [[UNSC Marine Corps|Marines]] from the {{UNSCShip|Spirit of Fire}}. During the late stages of the Human-Covenant War, or the earliest years of the [[Post-Covenant War conflicts|post-war]] era, Omega Team were involved in the testing of numerous "[[Breach attachments|Breach]]" development iterations on the [[MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Mark VI|MJOLNIR Mark VI]] platform. The [[Armor customization (Halo Infinite)|armour suits]] for Leon-011, Robert-025, and August-099 later made an appearance in the ''Halo Infinite'' shop in [[Content Update 29]] (January 30 2024-March 5 2024). The bundle costs 3800 credits and includes a large list of cosmetics. Each member's full suit of gear can be purchased as an individual bundle for 1800 credits, as well. However, these bundles are not named after the spartan are. If you are looking for Leon-011, the bundle is named "Valiant". Robert-025 is named "Paladin", and August-099 is named "Ardent".
