| Hang on, this is Halo 4 we're talking about. Shouldn't it be set on Requiem? Or more likely, a simulation of a site on Requiem? Why must be unknown? --Xamikaze330 (talk|contribs) 14:42, 18 February 2013 (EST)Xamikaze330 | | Hang on, this is Halo 4 we're talking about. | ::I always assumed this was on Requiem and the map had something to do with powering Requiem's artificial star. But after reading the article again, I guess it isn't.-- 12:17, 17 December 2013 (EST)

| == Some serious issues with this map's setting ==
| |
|
| |
| I can't believe it took me this long to think about it, but there are some BIG questions that need answering about this map's setting:
| |
|
| |
| 1) How could a world that close to its star bear life? The heat and radiation would be lethal.<br />
| |
|
| |
| 2) What would shooting innocuous-looking beams of plasma at this dying star even accomplish?<br />
| |
|
| |
| 3) Why do the beams not seriously injure the player if they're supposed to be some kind of ultra-powerful star saver?<br />
| |
|

| :The answer is so simple: it's all a simulation of the UNSC Infinity. --They're coming. They're hungry. (talk) 19:50, 16 December 2013 (EST)
| |
| ::Dr. Mutran is right. The Spartans are not actually at the location the simulation is based on. However, the beam in the center of the map actually acts as a gravity lift of sorts.-- 12:17, 17 December 2013 (EST)
| |
| :::But all the simulations depict actual locations, right? I thought they gathered topographical data and whatnot from certain locations and then integrated them into the simulations.--File:PENGUIN4.gif|15px]]<span style="color:black; font-family:Verdana">Fluffy</span><span style="color:gray; font-family:Verdana">Emo</span><span style="color:black; font-family:Verdana">Penguin</span><small>(<span style="color:gray">ice quack!</span>)</small> 10:10, 18 December 2013 (EST)

| :::: I'm sorry but you have a problem with the Forerunner somehow keeping a world intact despite having it sit near a star, which it is also preventing from supernova? Remember when they built a 2 au wide dyson sphere with a full sized artificial star at its core? Remember when Requiem dropped into its sun and didn't melt until well after it entered the Star. They're Forerunner, suspending the death of a star was a very expensive tuesday for them. I direct you to this thread if you want to make some sense of their feats. http://forums.spacebattles.com/threads/forerunner-feat-thread.236388/ - ProphetofTruth (talk) 10:24, 18 December 2013 (EST)
