| ::"Minor Domo" was a term that was completely made up. "Majordomo" is a term that was used a few times in Ghosts of Onyx and is an english term that could apply to the experienced Veteran Elites. However, Minor Elites were never called "Minor Domo" and this page is moved back to Minor Elite unless someone can prove "Minor Domo" ever existed. --<b><font color="000000">ED</font>(<font color="000000">talk</font>)<font color="000000">(gaming)</font></b> 18:21, 2 August 2007 (UTC) | | ::"Minor Domo" was a term that was completely made up. | It's because we can't find a offical render of a minor from campagin. I think. | == Minors wielding swords in Halo 2 campaign ==
| |
|
| |
| When I was playing the level Delta Halo on Halo 2 Vista not too long ago, I pissed off an Elite Minor when I nearly killed him with a Plasma Grenade. I didn't sfick him of course, it just landed near him, so he tried to jump away, but he just smacked into a wall, so he was badly hurt. He then pulled out an Energy Sword and proceded to kill me with it. Has anyone else encountered this? Is it worth mentioning in the article?

| :It's been mentioned. It's non-canon and just for the sake of gameplay. <span style="color:#6600cc;">Tuckerscreator</span>(<font color="#008000">stalk</font>) 13:28, 5 April 2012 (EDT)

| :We all experience it on East mode. Tucker, I don't remember it being defined as non-canon - remember Another Day at the Beach. From what we know, only certain people can carry the swords, yes, but it was never directly applied to rank restrictions. We have experienced officers; the SpecOps; those carrying the swordsman genes; the Arbiter and politicians both within the High Council and in Sangheilian state politics. For all we know, there is no restriction to minors wielding the swords, but a restriction based on nobility and politics, instead would limit the amount of minors with access to them. Or, maybe Bungie added the Sangheili into Delta Halo as an oversight and then copied the exact Sangheili over for "Another Day at the Beach" and didn't notice that it was a minor.-- <font color="blue">Fore</font><font color="green">run</font><font color="red">ner</font> 17:20, 5 April 2012 (EDT)

| Ah, didn't notice "Another Day At the Beach". The page had previously suggested use was restricted by rank so I was recalling that. If there's no source for that indeed, then I take back my statement. | ==Storm elite==
| |
| As per what I've done with the Unggoy Storm, I am making the elite storm rank their own page. They are a separate rank from the elite minors, as evidenced by the fact that their names are different, and the fact that storm elites come in numerous colors, not only blue.

| :Good idea. The Halo 4 Interactive Guide labeled the nomenclature Sangheili, Unggoy, and Kig-yar files as such -"Storm". I assume 343i meant this as derivation of each species rank-and-file of the former-Covenant military as separate rank and title(s) for the Post-war Covenant. It might also be the reason how some have mistaken this particular faction (I guess) of the Covenant as 'Storm'. Makes sense, good call.-Killjax
