I think the ship is even smaller because in a halo wars video it shows the spirit of fire getting ram by a covenant destroyer(which is 1500 meters in length)and the "SOF" is longer than the covenant destroyer but not long enough to make it to 2.5 kilometers in lenght.

:There's confusion about just what that ship was. A lot of sources claim it was a Destroyer, while others say it was a Carrier. Even if it is a Destroyer, how do we know it wasn't a different class to the one in Ghosts of Onyx, where we got the figure from? --CoH|Councillor]] SpecopsUserWiki:Specops306|306]] - Qur'a 'Morhek 20:00, 8 March 2009 (UTC)

While the article itself in the vehicle infobox says that it is 2.5 kilometers (7,920 feet) long as it is claimed to be by Graeme Devine, the Halo: The Essential Visual Guide says that it is actually 8,202 feet (2,500 meters) in length, and 2,625 feet (800 meters) in beam. Am I missing something? Who or what is right? Or is it the math? I have no idea, I can't do the numbers myself as I know I will mess up terribly, so if someone else could fill me in, then that would be great. And if something isn't right according to canon sources, then I think the article may need some changing in the vehicle infobox. Thanks. --Xamikaze330 23:15, 25 August 2012 (EDT)Xamikaze330

:1 kilometer is 1,000 meters, so therefore 2.5 km is 2,500 meters. Both of the sources claims that it is 2.5 km long, so no argument there. Using the magical powers of Math, 2.5 km equals to about 8202 feet. Conclusion, Graeme Devine made a mathematical mistake (2.5 km ≠ 7920 ft). —S331 (COM • Mission Log • Profile) 08:45, 26 August 2012 (EDT)

::Sorry, I struggle much when dealing with mathematics. I knew if I were to do the math, I knew I would get something wrong. But anyway, thanks for the help. I think now I understand. --Xamikaze330 10:21, 26 August 2012 (EDT)Xamikaze330
