| :::I dunno... Wikipedia doesn't say anything about any numbers... just the definition and a list of places it's used. | ::::Wikipedia or Halopedia(That's what i call this site...)? 70.80.98.192
| |
| :::::Well, since Halopedia (that's what it's called) would say six note tune, I did a Google search, and all Wikipedia said was that it means, for example, in hide-and-seek, that everyone can come out. Nothing about notes or tunes or sixes. | I corrected a number of spelling and grammatical errors. Also, though there was apparently much discussion about it above, no one ever changed the article to read "a seven note tone.--24.153.114.134 05:22, 1 March 2007 (UTC)"

| There are seven syllibles, but the notes used are a different thing. Consider this: <font color=red>Ol</font><font color=green>y</font> <font color=red>Ol</font><font color=green>y</font> <font color=blue>Ox</font><font color=purple>en</font> <font color=orange>Fr</font>ee --Dragonclaws(talk) 08:03, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

| There was another use in Ghosts of Onyx, on Page 236, when the rest of Blue team arrives on Onyx, Kelly whispers it over the COM, except with two L's (Olly Olly Oxen Free)

| ==The Fall of Reach==

| I can't seem to find any occasions where the Spartans ever used the tune. Can someone please fill me in with page numbers, or at least chapters? Second off, this page needs references. There isn't a single reference.

| ::You can thank me later, all refs have been added. Grievous797

| :::Good work, but as there is no mentions of the tune in the Fall of Reach, I'm going to remove the mentions of Reach in the article.Warhead xTEAMx 10:29, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
