::Sure, but it's always a possibility. The ''Halo CE'' and ''Halo 4'' campaigns take place over a span of four and five days, respectively, despite both being only hours of in-game time. ''Halos 2'' and ''3'' have weeks-long gaps for slipspace jumps.
