How exactly did he manage to survive just because he had biofoam injected into him? As far as said, biofoam only packs and numbs the wounds, but Romeo had a punctured lung and clearly had blood spurting out of his chest. This means a high chance of blood flowing into his lungs the whole time and would lead to him drowning. Sure, he ends up almost suffocating which necessitated the biofoam needed to patch the hole, but it wouldn't have sucked the blood out from inside and he should have died anyway.
