| :Probably because users could control them. ODSTs have no control over HEVs, as discussed in HtF, so they would land anywhere, causing a lot of potenail injuries. -[[User:ED|ED]] 21:58, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

| Rewrote the article, however, i did make a conjecture on the type of parachute. Due to its description though, i think it is a pretty safe bet to assume its a ram-air type parachute.
