Epilogue

I have a question regarding the time of the ending cutscene. The Epilogue cutscene takes place a month after Rookie and friends escape Mombasa. Therefore, shouldn't Johnson be on the Ark? Or more likely, shouldn't he be dead? Floodgate takes place on November 17, and as I understand it, they went through the Portal later that same night. What little we know about Forerunner Slipspace technology suggests that the Human-Sangheili Fleet would arrive at the Ark instantly or within a few hours at most. That would mean the events of Halo 3 (minus the Memorial Scene) take place in around two or three days, from November 17 to around November 21. That all means that: (1) Johnson would be dead and (2) the information about the Portal would be useless.

Of course, this is all guesswork on my part. Feel free to scold my ignorance or make a correction to my undoubtedly flawed theories. Captain Baird ^Comm-Link_{Service Record} 01:23, September 28, 2009 (UTC)

The Keyship arrived in the Sol System on the 17th. The Chief jumped on the 21st. They went to the Ark either late 21st,the 22nd, or early 23rd. Also, they could had rounded it to one month. One month later sounds better than 27 days later.SPARTAN-177 02:02, September 28, 2009 (UTC)

To see this easter egg, hold the right analog to the left after Johnson throws the lighter to the enginer

I read something on gamewinners.com saying that you can see the master chief in coastal highway. Can anyone confirm this?

I heard that you can see master chief,but it's a glitch! is this true,and if so how can you access it,or is it a permanet glitch!!
