yes, you can. I finished some levels that were too hard and boring to me with my friends. Does anyone know if you actually have to complete every mission on Legendary as long as you have beaten them all on Normal or Heroic first?  I mean can you just beat the last mission on Legendary and get crdit for the achievement?

Do i have to start the campaign on Arrival on legendary to get the achievement? Do i have to do the campaign in order?
