Hey so it says in the article that the board appears in the Maw. My question is where? It's not in the same place it is in the first level, and I haven't seen it anywhere else. I'm thinking this might be a mistake. :I've gone over every inch of the level, with both graphics engines, on Legendary, and this so called "shattered" bulletin board described in other places on the internet is nowhere to be found. Perhaps it only appeared in the original Xbox version, but it definitely doesn't appear in the Anniversary versions of the game. If you can verify the existence of this shattered board, preferably with a screenshot (Google image search turned up nothing), we'll put the Maw info back in.
