Moramee '''definitely''' had shields. Not only did he get shot point black in the chest with an Assault Rifle by Forge, without his armor scratched in any way, but Forge later shot his hand with his pistol multiple times to make him let go off his Energy Sword. Sure, there's no sign of shields flaring, but shields don't flare for any other Elite in the rest of the games cutscenes. If that's not shielded, having your hand, chest, and armor unharmed, I don't know what is. I'm bringing it up here because I've seen this mistake around this wiki a lot, and it doesn't make any sense.
