This '''unidentified Sangheili''' was a [[Sangheili]] mercenary responsible for [[Mission to Ven III|retrieving]] a [[bioweapon]] for the [[Office of Naval Intelligence]] in a false flag operation on [[Ven III]].  During the mission, he kidnapped Spartan Gabrielle Thorne and brought him to the Kig-Yar pirate base.  There, he offered the Spartan as a "gift" for the Kig-Yar Pirate Queen.
