#REDIRECT [[SPARTAN-II training]]

The '''Spartan traning program''' is used to teach the [[Spartans]] the art of war. It is used also to make the Spartans more agile and stronger than other soldiers.

==How the Training Works==

Usually the Dr.Hasley picks kids that 6 years old and are fit to train to be a Spartan.

Firstly, at 6 years old, the trainer will teach you to do a simple warm up:streching, push ups, sit ups, and running long distantses. After that the trainer will take the group of Spartans to a rope climbing park and gather you into a group of 3 and say something like "the last one who rings the bell don't get to eat dinner." And the groups will work together to go to the bell. After that the group of Spartans will go to a school classroom for learning. After all the Spartans wouldn't be fit for soldiers if they didn't have been eduacated. After that the Spartans will go to bed.

At age 8 the group of Spartans will train in a special gym where they are pulling weights and climbing walls.

At age 10, they will kinda test them and kinda gamble with some opponent team. They will play CTF (Which includes killing).

When they are teenagers they will go through some sort of test work and injecting liquids and putting neutral implants to make them supiouir to any human. Then they are ready to go out and have war.
