Chad Armstrong, more commonly known by his alias Shishka, is a former employee of Bungie and 343 Industries.[1][2]

Armstrong, along with Stosh, was one of the first Forum Ninjas on Bungie.net before taking on the role of Multiplayer Community Designer for Halo 3 at some point before 2009,[2] and featured in the Halo 3 ViDoc: And on the Seven7th Day... in which he appears, alongside Luke Smith, as his multiplayer avatar.[3] He worked on Halo: Reach as an Associate Designer.[4] Chad Armstrong left Bungie Studios once again in August 2010 to work for 343 Industries,[1] having worked on Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary as a game designer,[5] then contributed to Halo 4 design.[6] In 2012, Armstrong left 343 Industries, and in 2013 joined Crystal Dynamics as a designer.[7]
