The Captain orders most of the weapons of the ship offline due to some kind of extensive danger. He then requests protection from the ''[[Devotion]]'' and fighter support from the ''[[Commitment and Patience]]''. However, an enemy contact fires a "projectile" that ruptures the fuel cells of ''Commitment and Paitence'', and it vaporizes almost instantly. There is an impact from the resulting explosion on the ''Sacred Promise'' and it loses drive control, and descends toward the planet's primary moon. The Captain orders all hands to abandon ship and to jettison the ships fuel cells. Not all were evacuated in time, and engineering was unable to jettison the ship's fuel cells, it is unknown what happened to the ship. The Ship's Black box was recovered after the battle relaying what had happened to the it. |
