Both the [[San 'Shyuum]] homeworld and the [[Sangheili]] homeworld of [[Sanghelios]] were Reliquaries, with their [[Forerunner]] Artifacts jump starting both their religious and [[Technological Achievement Tiers|technological]] progress.
