The {{UNSCShip|Pillar of Autumn}} was originally intended to make a random slipspace jump following its retreat following the [[Fall of Reach|Fall]] of [[Reach]], but [[Cortana]] surreptitiously guided the ship to the [[Soell system]] and, ultimately, to [[Installation 04]] instead.
