In it, he let Hood know that he had learned of an operation (thanks to contacts with [[HIGHCOM Facility Bravo-6]]) wherein [[Fireteam Apollo]] was deployed to the exclusion zone around [[Threshold]] in violation of the [[Treaty of 2552]].
