'''Optimatch''' is an option in [[Halo 2]] [[Xbox Live]] [[matchmaking]]. Optimatch allows you to search the gametypes and select the one you want to play, instead of being put into a random gametype by using the [[Quickmatch|Quickmatch]] option.

The main advantage of Optimatch is that you have more control over what gametype you play. If you don't want to play [[Team Snipers]], but you want to play [[Big Team Battle]], then you simply select Big Team Battle.
Another advantage of Optimatch is, if you want to play a ranked gametype, then you simply enter Optimatch and choose which gametype you want to play.
