On [[2552#October|October 20, 2552]], during the [[Battle of Mombasa]], Sector 10 served as a rally point for the UNSC forces in the city after the [[Prophet of Regret]]'s {{Class|CAS|assault carrier}} ''[[Solemn Penance]]'' escaped the city. [[Orbital Drop Shock Troopers|Orbital Drop Shock Troopers (ODST)]] of [[Alpha-Nine]] rendezvoused in Sector 10, fighting off waves of [[Covenant Empire|Covenant]] before retreating into Alpha Site.{{Ref/Reuse|odst}}
