On this date, the squad was [[Outbreak at the Containment Facility|deployed]] to a [[Flood containment facility]] on [[Installation 04]] at the behest of Captain [[Jacob Keyes]]. Lovik was left in charge of second squad while [[Fire Team Charlie]] headed into the facility, with second squad ordered to cover the [[fireteam]]'s retreat.
