It was caught in the middle of a fight when the fleet went into chaos and the [[Brute]] controlled ships started attacking the [[Elite]] Controlled ships. The ''Lawgiver'' was held by Elites, and when they saw that the Elite controlled cruiser ''[[Incorruptible]]'' was under attack from the Brute controlled frigate ''[[Twilight Compunction]]'', attacked the Brute ship. The ''Lawgiver'' damaged the ''Twilight Compunction'' but could not destroy it, as another ship crossed their field of fire. They also absorbed several plasma torpedoes meant for the ''Incorruptible'', effectively saving the smaller ship. | |||
