During the original ''Halo Online'' game, Infiltrator was known as "Demo" in a build before the closed alpha and later changed to "Saboteur" in the Alpha. With the updated ''Halo 3'' [[Armor customization (Halo 3)|armor customization]] options, the players can now fit their Spartan with Infiltrator helmet, chest, shoulders, forearms and legs. The description of the armor pieces are the same for every set.

==Production notes==
For the Infiltrator's debut in ''Halo 4'', a full set of armor including a specifically-designed set of forearm components was concepted and modelled for inclusion in the game. However, these forearms were ultimately [[Cut Halo 4 customization|never realised]] in-game, though were later included in the armor suites of ''Halo 5: Guardians'' and ''Halo Online'', alongside the latter's port into ''Halo 3''.
