The committee was called together to debrief [[John-117]] following the [[New Phoenix Incident]], the destruction of [[Cortana]] and ''[[Mantle's Approach]]'', and the defeat of the [[Ur-Didact|Didact]]. Hogan asked the Spartan if he had confirmed the kill of the Didact, but the Master Chief stated that he could not as there was no body to be found.
