Captain Carol Rawley, or Foehammer, is the pilot of [[Pelican]] E419 in [[Halo 1]]/[[Halo: The Flood]]. She is from the [[23rd Naval Air Squadron]], the same unit as Warrant Officer [[Polaski]]. She is on board the ''[[Pillar of Autumn]]'' when it crashes on Halo and she helps transport marines to the command center while on the planet. She, along with Pelican [[Bravo 022]] perform drops of supplies during the assault on the Silent Cartographer. She then picks up the Chief and brings him to the Flood Containment center in search of [[Captain Keyes]] and his pelican, [[Victor 933]]. She helps transport the [[Master Chief]] and some of the [[marine|Marines]] around [[Installation 04]] on numerous other occasions, and she and her pelican appear in almost every level. She dies when her Pelican is shot down by [[Covenant]] [[Banshee|Banshees]] while trying to extract the Chief from the wreck of the [[Pillar of Autumn]] in [[The Maw (Level)|The Maw]].
